1. General Terms

By using jikbaj's website, mobile platform, and all related services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read the entire document carefully before using our services.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on the jikbaj platform, each user must meet the following eligibility criteria.

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, they will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jikbaj offers various bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. By accepting these bonuses, the following conditions apply automatically.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A 20x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms — please read the terms carefully before accepting an offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed on a single account.
• If a bonus offer expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled.
• Participation in all bonus offers is at jikbaj's discretion — the authority reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected (arbitrage betting, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

Regularly active members may participate in our 5-tier VIP program. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The criteria for moving between VIP tiers are determined at the authority's discretion and may change at any time.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the jikbaj platform are governed by the rules below. These rules have been established to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a system error is proven under special circumstances.
• jikbaj reserves the right to cancel bets placed unintentionally due to system errors or technical issues.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the decision of jikbaj is final.
• Incorrect amounts or winnings displayed due to software errors or display issues are not required to be paid out.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for the related bet will generally be refunded.
• Live betting offers apply to ongoing events — bets placed after an event has ended will be considered void.
• Betting is available on international cricket, BPL, IPL, and other approved tournaments.
• If evidence of match fixing or wagering on predetermined results is found, the related bets and winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

• All casino games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or through certified live dealers.
• The terms and conditions of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) apply.
• If a connection is lost, the state of the active game session is saved and the round will be completed upon reconnection.

6. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the jikbaj platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

6.3 Other Prohibited Activities

• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other members or staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Impersonating another member or providing a false identity.

9.3 Forfeiture

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the following funds may be forfeited:

• All bonus balances and winnings earned from bonuses.
• The full amount of winnings obtained through fraudulent activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

jikbaj accepts no liability in the following circumstances:
